Park Avenue Development History
In 1978, while attending high school, Paul A. Schneider began his first entrepreneurial enterprise with the founding of PJ Services. PJ Services provided residential and commercial interior and exterior painting services for Milwaukee and Ozaukee Counties in Wisconsin.
After attending University Wisconsin – Platteville through 1983 and having received a degree in Carpentry from Milwaukee Area Technical College in 1982, he experienced his first significant organizational growth and expanded into Southeast Wisconsin. Exacting the principles of service and commitment further distinguished American Pride Construction, Inc., within the industry with each project completed by consistently committing to a high level of performance, workmanship and a commitment to completion timelines.
Historically, Schneider has been associated with his personal service which fulfill - even surpassed - clients' expectations and requirements. Further distinguish the construction industry with each project with working hand in hand with the architect, the owner, and all personnel teamed together for the project.
American Pride Construction, Inc., evolved into Park Avenue Development, Inc., in 1995.
